That experience is the whole reason Destination: North Texas exists. Most people relocating here are professionals and families who’ve done their research, but they’re researching a market they’ve never lived in, using information written by people who aren’t thinking about their specific commute, budget, or timeline. I specialize in new construction homes and relocation to Denton County and the surrounding North Texas suburbs. The cities I work in most are Denton, Argyle, Northlake, Justin, Aubrey, Little Elm, The Colony, Prosper, Frisco, and Celina. Most of my clients are professionals and families moving from California, Illinois, New York, and other high-cost states, as well as North Texas residents moving across DFW, who are typically 3–12 months from their move date.
